PREMIER Groups requires the following candidates for their group of spinning mills to strengthen their Team
1) ASSSISTANT MANAGER – PROJECTS
Passionate professional should have a Degree or Diploma with 15 years of experience in spinning mill machinery installation in a reputed organisation. Should have a good exposure to latest machines, Process, working knowledge is essential.
2) HOD / SPINNING MASTER – TRAINING
Passionate candidate should have a Degree or Diploma with 15 years of experience in training of spinning mill machinery workers in a reputed spinning mill. Should have a good exposure to latest training methods, working knowledge and speaking in Hindi, Tamil is essential.
3) ASST. LABOUR WELFARE OFFICER (FEMALE)
The candidate should be a lady candidate with post-graduation in social work or sociology or Social Science or any other qualification prescribed by the Government of Tamilnadu. Experience: Around 10 Years with age limit of 40 years. working knowledge and speaking in Hindi is preferred.
4) OFFICER – HR – COMPLIANCE
Passionate candidate should have a MSW or Post Degree in HR with 15 years of experience in Statutory Compliance in a reputed spinning mill. Should have a good exposure to SA 8000, Social compliance audits, experience of maintaining Hostel. Speaking in Hindi, Tamil is essential for job.
5) RECRUITMENT OFFICER
- Required experience 5 to 10 years in Spinning Mills.
- Candidates should have capacity and responsibilities to recruit and managing workers from all over Tamil Nadu
