Material:

Recipe:-

1. CALCIUM HYPOCHLORITE:- 2%

2 M:L RATIO 1:50

3 Time:- 60 minutes

4 Temperature: 60 degrees

Sample:-

Procedure:

1.Cotton, polyester and p. C. Island Cloth Size 10CM X10CM

2 Weigh all the cut gray fabric samples in weighing machine and record it 3. M:L in measuring cup

Cut with scissors

3.Water taken according to the weight of the cloth as RATIO 1:50

4. Weigh 2% Calcium Hypochlorite according to the amount of water in the weighing machine of steel

5.bikar put in a medium water solution

6. Stir all the mixture in this steel beaker well with a spoon

7 All the gray cloths are dried in water bath in this steel wicker

8 Then the steel beaker is properly closed and machined in the given place in the HTHP machine

9. Then switch on the machine and program the machine as per the specified time and temperature

10. After this process is completed, switch off the machine and remove all the cloth from the steel bickerWashed well and then dried

11. After the desizing process, all the fabric samples are weighed in the weighing machine
